Copilex ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you install and use the Copilex Shopify app.
Shop data: When you install Copilex, we receive your Shopify store's domain, shop name, and the OAuth access token required to make API calls on your behalf.
Product data: To generate optimized SEO content, we process your existing product titles, descriptions, tags, images, and category data via the Shopify Admin API. This data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the suggested replacements.
Session data: We store session tokens in our database to keep you authenticated with the app.
Usage data: We log feature usage (e.g., number of products optimized) to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
We retain your data for as long as you have the app installed. When you uninstall Copilex, your session data and all generated content are deleted immediately upon uninstallation. You may also request deletion at any time by contacting us.
We use HTTPS for all data in transit, and your access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We follow Shopify's security best practices for embedded apps.
